Our villa is perfect for family gatherings, private parties, weddings and wedding receptions. Close to public transport and numerous restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

Architecturally designed with a traditional style, villa “sunny Days” (102,92m2) features three separate living floors (1 double king size bed-2 twin beds-2 double sofa beds-1 single sofa bed), two bathroom areas a traditional fireplace, a beautifully positioned swimming pool and surrounded by gardens (450m2). Ideal for families or groups of up to nine (9) people.

Sweeping sea views from the villa’s private terrace. For those who love the sea, Santorini’s famous black beaches and crystal clear waters are just a 5 minute (1,5km) drive away. Black beach is the biggest in the island where you can enjoy beach bars, horseback riding and jet skiing. With your car you can easy explore the beaches of the island like Red beach, Kamari beach, Vlychada beach and Monolithos beach plus with 15min drive you are in the center of the island, Fira town. To the other side of the island Oia you can drive in 35 min.

About the property
Following a complete architectural redesign, the property today takes full advantage of Santorini’s unique land formations to create a contemporary space that preserves and enhances the island’s original architecture.

“Sunny Days” villa is an entirely private villa meticulously re-designed and restored in 2015 -2016 with high standard materials. Living areas are organized in a traditional Cycladic way with open, flexible interior spaces, free WI-FI, car park, and comfortable outdoor living area for dining and relaxing by the pool.
The house 102,92m2 – sleeps up to nine (9) people.

The house includes two double bedrooms, open kitchen area with a lounge area which can be converted for sleeping. All rooms have sea-mountain views, air condition, heating radiators for the winter season and plenty of natural light.

The master bedroom includes a queen size bed plus a single sofa bed and the second bedroom includes two single beds as well. The lounge area includes a large table which can be used for office space (kitchen got its own), a large TV set (45 inch), a sound system, DVD player, landline for free local calls, a traditional fireplace and two sofas that can be converted to two double beds. The kitchen area opens out to the terrace and includes an island space for eating, cooking or just having a drink with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table, leading brand appliances, oven, fridge, filter coffee and tea machines, and all other facilities to ensure a comfortable stay.

The master bathroom features a large shower, washing machine, toilet and hairdryer. There Is also a shower bathroom including a toilet as well.
Outdoors.

The outdoor area is 450 square meters (450m2), a completely private space with views of the sea and hillsides and all surrounded by gardens. The pool reaches a depth of two meters and there are lounge chairs around. Dining in Santorini is almost always outdoors and for that reason there is a table seating 4-8 people comfortably.   In general the outdoor area offers panoramic view towards the Aegean Sea, the sunset and the traditional vineyards which are located around the property.
